Yacine Mesbah

Training Manager

Yacine joined Solutions for Accounting in January 2001. At Solutions Yacine's main role  is to provide effective training to our Sage 200, Sage MMS, Sage Line 100, Sage Line 50, Sage Line 50 Manufacturing, Sage Payroll and Sage HR customers.  Yacine is our most experienced trainer and is fully Sage-accredited to deliver training on all of these products. Yacine was promoted to Training Manager on the 15th February 2008 and over the next few months will further develop the range of training services offered to our clients.

After a few years working in the accountancy field, Yacine decided it was time to move in to the IT Industry and particularly in to the Computerised Business Systems, Consultancy and systems implementation field.  Yacine therefore has the ability to combine an accountancy and technical knowledge to all training sessions.

Anita Nayar

Implementation & Training

Anita heads our North West office run in conjunction with Booth Ainsworth. Anita joined Booth Ainsworth in September 2000 after working as a Line 50 and Payroll support technician for Sage in Newcastle for over a year. Anita's role at Booth Ainsworth has been to demonstrate software and help clients decide the most suitable software for their business. It has been to install software, train the clients and set them up on the software ready to use. After the training Anita takes care of any report amendments and all support queries from clients. Anita has also been involved with Sage 50 and Instant Payroll, Sage 50 and Instant Accounts, Job Costing, Forecasting, ACT! and she has also recently become Sage accredited for Sage 200.

Alistair Hindmarsh

Sage Consultant

Alistair joined Solutions for Accounting in September 2009 after a varied career including working as a geologist on North Sea Oil Rigs and as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, Alistair started working with Pegasus Products in 1997. Since then he has worked with various accounting and manufacturing packages including 5 years experience working with various Sage packages including Line 100, MSS, Sage 200 and Sage 50.

Stephen Heppelstone

Sage CRM Consultant

 

Stephen Joined Solutions in July 2011, having had consulting sales experience in the Medical Device industry and with a BSc Science degree he joined the team to carry out CRM installations, implementations, consultation and training.
He uses his consulting and sales experience to help with meeting new people and understanding business needs.
He is keen on helping businesses reach their full potential by making them run more efficiently through the use of CRM software.
In his spare time he is outgoing, adventurous and loves to travel and get involved in challenging outdoor activities such as abseiling, white water rafting and walking up the odd mountain or two.

Jules Young-Hawley

Sage Consultant 

Jules joined Solutions for Accounting in September 2011 and has been tasked with developing and supporting our North East Office. Jules is a former Sage technical support adviser and was Sage’s lead Manufacturing technician for both 50 and 20 Manufacturing. She has spent the previous 3 years as a Sage Consultant tasked with Selling, Implementing, Training and Supporting the full  range of Sage 50 and Sage 200 Suit products, which she will continue in the North East.

Jules is currently studying with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants to gain her Chartered Accountant certification, alongside the study of Lean Six Sigma to enhance the service available to her Manufacturing clients.
