Michael Jones
Support Technician
Michael joined the Solutions for Accounting team in May 2006. Michael comes from an accounts-orientated background where he has gained experience from various accounts roles. He has various accounts qualifications at AAT level and is also mid-way through the CIMA modules, which he is hoping to complete within the next few years.
In previous employment, along with other accounts duties, Michael has also been responsible for the running and management of IT systems, he has previously acted as first line of support to employees.
Michael's role within Solutions is to deliver effective customer support for predominantly Sage MMS/Line 100, Sage Construct and Sage Line 50 Manufacturing clients.

Barry Chadwick
Internal IT Technician
Barry joined Solutions in September 2006 as a Trainee Internal IT Technician after four years at college studying various subjects including; Music Technology, Electronics and English Language. After passing his A-Level exams in August 2006 he was offered the job here at Solutions for Accounting, where on a daily basis he is gaining more internal responsibilities and duties.
Rachael Wilmott
Projects and Customer Services Co-ordinator
Rachael joined us on the 14th April 2008 and works in our support team providing technical support for Sage 200 as well as taking on the role of Projects and Customer Services Co-ordinator.
Rachael has spent a number of years in the accountancy software field and has an HNC in Computer Science and also the AAT qualification. In her spare time Rachael enjoys reading, walking and cooking.
Steve Smith
Support Supervisor
Steve joined the Solutions for Accounting team in January 2004 as a Sage Line 100 Support Technician. Since then he has also been given the task of supporting Sage MMS, ACT! and also Document Management products such as Spindle and the Sage MMS Document Manager.
As well as providing telephone support Steve is also able to write reports within the Sage Report Designer, in Microsoft Access & in Microsoft Excel.
In September 2006 Steve was awarded for his years of hard technical support work and promoted to the role of Support Supervisor.

Anthony Arnold
CRM Implementation Specialist
Anthony has been with Solutions for Accounting for 5 years providing general technical support. He has recently taken a more active role with Sage CRM products and data reporting tools providing planning, implementation and support. Anthony is a Sage CRM and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) accredited; he is a techie at heart and enjoys anything from taking PCs apart to installing and configuring software to developing his own software.
Anthony's day-to-day role is providing support to the Solutions for Accounting Sage CRM support clients and also modifying existing and new customers' Sage CRM systems to match their most customised requirements. Anthony is also ACT! Accredited and has the ability to customise and support ACT! systems.
Brian McLellan
Support Consultant
Brian McLellan is a household name in the Sage "arena" having been co-founder and director of McLellan Software Design Ltd. Brian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is currently supporting the Solutions for Accounting customer base of Sage Line 100, Sage MMS, Sage 200 and Sage Construct customers.
Ashdeep Lottay
Support Technician

In his spare time Ash is a keen guitar player and is currently the lead singer of East Midlands-based rock band "Blindfolds Aside".
Nick Hempshall
Sage Developer and Support Technician
Nick has been working with Sage since completing his degree in Business Computing in 1998. Realising his knack (and patience) for software development he now has several years of experience with Sage 4GL and Microsoft (Visual Basic & .Net) development.
Nick has continuously worked on creating bespoke systems to integrate with Sage systems such as Line 50, Line 100, MMS and ACT! with other systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Microsoft Access.

Jonathan Clarke
Support Technician
Jonathan's role at Solutions for Accounting is to apply his accounting and technical knowledge to support the growing number of Solutions for Accounting Line 50 support customers. Having recently completed ICT and Business Studies at A-level, Jonathan is now studying for his AAT qualification in Accountancy.
In his spare time Jonathan has a keen interest in football and has played for various teams in the past. He has also played the electric guitar for numerous years.
