> Effective Back-to-Back Ordering: As part of the Sales Order routine in Sage 200 you can decide whether to use the current stock to partially or totally fulfil a Sales Order. If you only have enough stock to partially fulfil an order you can then raise a Purchase Order for the remainder.
> Enhanced Microsoft Excel Integration: Sage 200 supports the passing of data, both-ways, to and from Microsoft Excel and this has been further enhanced with a wide range of powerful functions added to allow for more detailed analysis.
> Batch/Serial number tracking: With batch/serial numbers Sage 200 allows you to specify whether items for sale must be taken from the same batch, i.e. with "sell by" and "use by" dates. With serial number tracking you can set an individual serial number with every item, you can choose when they must be entered by and you can trace items by serial number through the purchasing and selling processes.
> Multiple stock locations: With Sage 200 you can manage stock held in multiple locations, e.g. "Factory", "Warehouse" and "Showroom". Each location can be operated independently in terms of replenishment and sales. You can prevent stock moving from specific locations.
> Unlimited prices per item: Sage 200 offers the ability to set unlimited price bands per item. These bands can be created, edited and deleted when you wish, for example web-price, trade price and retail price.
