Telemarketer

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our Sales and Marketing team to play a key role in lead generation within the business. 

We offer an exciting and vibrant team to work within, with a passion for customer service. The role is a sales position, however we can offer you extensive support from our Marketing team for your sales activity. In addition the role offers high earnings potential, with both a basic salary and a commission structure that encourages you to succeed. Employee development is actively encouraged and we are keen to support your career in progressing to a field role should you wish.

Role & Responsibilities

Whilst the role is varied, an outline of the work you can expect to be involved with is below:

• Generating business leads through canvassing potential client organisations.
• Calling potential clients to build an understanding of their business and their needs to identify which of our software services may help them
• Booking appointments for the Sales Team to visit potential clients
• Maintaining a thorough and accurate database of sales activity

Apprentice Sales Executive

Overview

Solutions for Accounting are leading Sage Accounts and CRM software solution providers in the United Kingdom with an aggressive growth strategy.

Our team of professional sales advisers, consultants and developers has grown organically and through acquisition, but also from the nurture of aspiring and talented apprentices. This growth has lead to the creation of a new opportunity for a dynamic young person to join our software solutions sales team as an Apprentice Sales Executive.

Opportunity

We will support your participation in a recognised apprenticeship through an accredited provider and agree a mutually acceptable scheme that provides you with the qualification that is appropriate for you, aligned with our business goals.

Further to this, we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in a rich and progressive learning environment. You will work alongside outstanding Sales Executives to discover what it takes to perform at the very highest level.

Role & Responsibilities

Your role within our company will be to learn the principles of successful business development. In so doing, you will contribute towards the acquisition of new customers and the nurture of existing client relationships to deliver value and maximise revenue potential.

On a day to day basis, this will include interacting with prospects and clients by phone, email, social media and (in some circumstances) face-to-face. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and management of client data within our Customer Relationship Management system.

We will expect you to commit fully to the apprenticeship and we will work with your scheme provider to support you in the accomplishment of your learning objectives.

You will work alongside our marketing staff to help determine effective means of progressing leads towards conversion. Through this, you will come to understand the role of marketing in supporting business development activity within a fast moving high-tech business in a competitive environment.

Sales Consultant (Sage Products)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven person to join our sales team and play a key role in helping to realise our objectives.

With established development, support, implementation and training teams, we are well resourced for sustained organic growth, aspiring to be the leading UK provider of Sage mid-market business systems.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven person to join our sales team and play a key role in helping to realise our objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

You will become part of a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals, taking your place among sales consultants, account managers, marketing professionals and product specialists to sell impactful ERP, Accounting and customer relationship management solutions that deliver real business value to our clients.

Your principle objective will be to close business opportunities for the company’s products and services, performing to a realistic revenue target which reflects market demand together with our aspirations for growth.

The marketing team works hard to deliver qualified sales opportunities. However, we will expect you to be dynamic and creative, taking responsibility for the generation of new business which will include seeking out and nurturing potential sales for yourself.

You will also be responsible for keeping our prospect database up to date by verifying and updating records resulting from interactions with prospective clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential new business.

You will report to the Sales Director and take an active role as a member of the sales and marketing team. This will involve a collaborative approach to business development and you will be expected to attend monthly sales meetings at our head office in Nottingham.

Experience

A solutions sales background is essential. Experience selling Sage ERP products is desirable. You will have a proven track record in generating and closing new business and be able to provide evidence of performance exceeding targets.
