Sage Implementation Consultant

Overview

Solutions for Accounting and CRM are leading Accounting, ERP and CRM system providers in the United Kingdom with an exciting growth strategy. We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated and driven specialist to join our progressive and expanding Sage Project Implementation team.

Role & Responsibilities

The role will encompass all aspects of Sage accounting software including Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage Live consulting as well as product demonstrations (to assist our sales team), project scoping, implementation and on-site training.

You will become part of a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals, taking your place among business development managers, software developers, implementation consultants and support technicians to deliver impactful Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions that deliver real business value to our clients across the UK.

You will be involved in the implementation of the solution throughout the project from scoping of the customers’ requirements, designing & building of the system, training at the clients premises and providing support through the ‘go live’ stage of system implementation before handing over to our after-sales technical support team.

Experience & Personal Qualities

Ideally, you will have experience of implementation and training in a Sage Accounting (or other similar ERP) environment. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work as part of a team but you will be the type of person to ‘make things happen’ and are able to set the pace and lead on project implementations.

The ability to articulate and interpret financial and business processes, and a solution-driven approach to the adaptation of software to support those processes is essential.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven person to join our sales team and play a key role in helping to realise our objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for keeping our prospect database up to date by verifying and updating records resulting from interactions with prospective clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential new business.

You will report to the Sales Director and take an active role as a member of the sales and marketing team. This will involve a collaborative approach to business development and you will be expected to attend monthly sales meetings at our head office in Nottingham.

Experience
