Having been a CRM evangelist for over 15 years, and a long-time Act! and Sage CRM practitioner, the Salesforce accreditation seemed like a sensible progression.
“I confess that I’d put off the Sales Cloud Certification for months after achieving my Salesforce System Administrators badge. It’s not that I wasn’t keen to get accredited, but I remembered how hard the Admin course was and I liked my life without long evenings of study!”
