Stock Control
Stock is a huge investment and sometimes you need an extra pair of eyes. Cim200 manufacturing can illuminate all aspects of inventory management, taking the pressure off you. Take advantage of this module and utilise traceability, quarantine and the ability to amend sales order despatches or purchase order receipts. As with all Cim200 modules, Stock Control includes an additional 20 analysis codes that can be tailored and set up to suit your business requirements. Monitor key indicators for your stock, including supplier and despatch performance with cost variances.
Bill of Materials
This module offers the flexibility to choose what’s right for your business, depending on your manufacturing requirements, including a multi-level bill of materials with the ability to build and reverse build. The audit log allows you to track every change made, ensuring they are maintained correctly. An ongoing costing history, with a detailed breakdown, gives you the confidence that your build and purchase costs are accurate while capturing material, labour and machine overheads.
Works Orders
This module allows you to follow the ‘build’ on the shop floor, with amendable documentation, detailing the quantities of components required, which operations are needed and when. Raise purchase orders, despatch goods to your subcontract supplier and receive them back within one easy maintenance screen. Assign components to specific operations, which, in turn, have their own due dates, meaning you only buy stock when you need it, easing cash flow and warehouse space.
Commercials
Cim200 Commercials has been enhanced to improve your order routing and users can take full advantage of added functionality.
Scheduled sales orders will allow users to generate scheduled orders with multiple delivery dates for a single order line over a fixed or flexible period of time, customer part numbers make order entry easier when customers provide their own part numbers, and purchase order receipts will give users the ability to effortlessly allocate stock to Works Orders on receipt.
Planning
Meeting your customer demands in a fast and cost-effective way is one of the key elements required from your software. The Cim200 Planning module helps users achieve this by reading demands across all modules.
Read the demand from all modules, whether it be customer demand via a sales order, shop floor demand from a works order, maintaining stock levels through make for stock, or even demand from a sales forecast in the future. It encapsulates all requirements into one easily controlled screen.
Simple Migration
Cim Services have also developed a complete migration tool which makes it easy for Sage 200 Manufacturing customers to transition to Cim200.
The tool will transfer all of the manufacturing settings from the Sage modules and also offers the option to migrate all Works Orders or just current live Works Orders.
