Solutions for Accounting are a Sage ‘Circle of Excellence’ award winning Business Partner that offers a personalised, friendly support service. As this accolade is voted for by the customers themselves, it is a testament to the quality of service we consistently provide. All of our technicians and consultants are fully accredited to support the respective Sage products we have on offer.  Furthermore we have a policy of keeping all staff up to date with future releases of any Act! or Sage products.

The Solutions Support team includes consultants who have decades of experience working in the accounting industry and specialists who are AAT accredited. This wealth of knowledge means that we can better understand your queries, gauge impact and provide the appropriate solution.

We pride ourselves on providing first class customer service and as such we are constantly looking for ways to enhance your support experience. In so doing we have created a new customer service representative position within our support team. This gives us the ability to take a proactive approach in regularly contacting you, to ensure you are happy with your system.
