What is Cim50?
In 2020, Sage announced the end of support for Sage 50 and Sage 200 Manufacturing which means that if you are a current user, you need to be prepared for the next steps. Although ‘end of support’ doesn’t mean that your software will stop working after September 2021, it does mean that there will be no further development of the product.
Cim50 is a complete manufacturing package that integrates with Sage 50. The software provides you with a set of comprehensive tools which can help you to better manage all aspects of your business. Cim50 enables users to backup both Sage 50 Accounts and Cim50 at the same time. You can also schedule an automatic backup, so you can rest assured that both your software packages are tied together and are never out of sync. This reduces potential issues if your business ever needs to revert back to a previous backup, and ensures that both systems always exist at the same point in time.
Simple migration
The idea of switching from one system to another can feel daunting. Luckily, Cim have made it as simple as possible to migrate from Sage 50 Manufacturing to Cim 50. For those customers who currently use Sage 200 Manufacturing, Cim are in the final stages of developing Cim200, which is set to be released this Autumn.
