At Solutions we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service to our clients.
We continuously measure feedback throughout the year but in addition to this, at the end of each year we also ask our clients to complete an annual customer satisfaction survey. We would like to thank everyone who completed the 2021 survey and in this short article, share some of the results with you and our plans to ensure that we continue to uphold the high standard that we endeavour to provide.
We understand that 2021 was another challenging year for many businesses and with many companies still working from home or getting used to being back in the office, it was vital to us that our clients felt we were on hand to support them whenever they needed us. In this survey our clients gave us an overall satisfaction score of 9 out of 10 (an increase of 6.6% compared to last year) which we are keen to maintain and continue to improve in 2022.
Our team work tirelessly to ensure that our clients can make their business a success and we are grateful to learn when that hard work has paid off. Those that filled in the survey have provided us with some wonderful comments on the particular reasoning behind their scores, and we are delighted that our staff have been recognised as “ever helpful and friendly”, “efficient” and “always on hand to provide a solution”.
Over the coming year we plan to carry on raising the bar on the level of satisfaction that we provide. We will continue to give extensive training to members of our team to ensure that they provide the most knowledgeable and expert advice possible. On top of this, we are also at the beginning of a large recruitment drive where we plan to bring in even more talented individuals to help support and drive your business forward.
