Lucia: The Connection Builder
Customer Account Manager
Lucia brought her talents to Solutions in December 2023. With a bachelor’s degree in international business with Spanish, Lucia's journey from Sage50 Account Manager to future Sage expert is truly impressive and she’s all about building strong connections and exceeding expectations.

Joe: The Multitasking Maestro
Sage Intacct Technician
Before joining Solutions, Joe held positions as a Logistics Coordinator in Sheffield for 18 months, a Logistics and Finance Coordinator in Sydney, Australia for around 2 years, and an Assistant Operations Manager in Melbourne, Australia for 2 years.
Currently 9 weeks into the Sage Partner Academy, Joe juggles academy commitments with responsibilities at Solutions, focusing on implementing Intacct, delivering client training, and ensuring top-notch customer support throughout the implementation process.
Hilary: The Sage Guru
Support Technician
Last but certainly not least, we have Hilary, whose journey with Sage began in 1997. Transitioning from Sage to Advantage Services in 2021, her commitment to excellence has only grown stronger over the years. With ACCA certification and years of hands-on experience, Hilary's expertise shines through in everything she does.
From installations to seminars, she's our go-to guru for all things Sage-related, ensuring our customers receive the unparalleled support they deserve.
