Kirie Hansen – Partnerships Manager
She’s back! Kirie’s no stranger to Solutions; she’s a returning superstar, and we’re over the moon to have her with us again. As Kirie puts it:
“My return to Solutions marks a renewed commitment to contributing to a high-performing team, supported by inspirational leadership and a culture that champions growth and excellence. Coming back at this time is exciting!”
Kirie brings a powerhouse mix of IT and software expertise, plus a real passion for building meaningful, long-lasting partnerships. She thrives on collaboration, innovation, and integrity — three things we love to see around here.
We’re confident that she’s going to help even more businesses discover how transformative solutions like Sage Intacct can be when you’ve got the right partner by your side.
Ashley Jones – Sales Consultant
Let’s give a big welcome to Ashley, our brand-new Sales Consultant!
Ash is a bit of a legend in the world of Wholesale and Distribution; he’s been helping businesses find the right solutions since the late 1980s, so let’s just say he knows his stuff (and has some pretty great stories and ideas).
When we asked how his first week was going, Ash said:
“It’s been great to receive such a warm welcome from everyone I’ve met so far. There’s a great family feel to everything, and it’s clear that the Team at Solutions are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I’m very much looking forward to working with them all.”

Chris Leverington – Customer Success Manager
Next up, meet Chris, our newest Customer Success Manager!
Coming from the financial sector, Chris has already hit the ground running, bringing fresh ideas to support our customers and make sure they’re getting the most from their software. Here’s what he had to say about joining:
“I’m delighted to have joined Solutions in September and want to thank everyone for the warm welcome. With a background in financial planning and analytics, specialising in building lasting relationships and finding innovative ways to solve everyday problems, Solutions feels like a natural fit. I’m excited to contribute and to work alongside you all.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing guitar, travelling, watching (slightly trashy!) Spanish TV or chasing my toddlers around.”
Sounds like he’s got energy to spare! Be sure to give him a warm welcome, and don’t hesitate to reach out and say hello (he’s full of insights, understanding, and maybe even a few dad jokes!)
Helen Hubbard – Customer Success Manager
We were thrilled to welcome Helen to the team in June as one of our Customer Success Managers!
She brings an impressive background as an Account Manager in the technology sector, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board. In Helen’s own words:
“It’s refreshing to work for a company that prioritises customer retention, taking the time to understand clients’ needs and building long-lasting relationships. Over the past few weeks, I’ve enjoyed learning Solutions’ processes, and I’m looking forward to seeing all the ways we’ll support our users over the coming year.”
This is Helen’s first time working from home, and she’s already loving the flexibility it offers (and hours saved on commuting!).
And just a quick reminder: Helen and the rest of the Customer Success team are always here to ensure you get the support you need, and that you’re getting the most from your system.

Erin Hugill – Support Coordinator
Last, but definitely not least, meet Erin, our new Support Coordinator!
Fun fact: Erin first crossed paths with Solutions while interviewing one of our team members for her psychology thesis, and that conversation certainly left its mark! Erin says:
“I remember thinking back then that I would love to work for a supportive and caring company like this one, and then later found there was an opportunity to join as a Support Coordinator.”
Given her background in occupational and organisational psychology, she has a great understanding of how people think, work, and collaborate. All of which makes her a natural fit for supporting our customers with empathy and understanding.
