Is there a cost?
If you have an active Sage CRM subscription, the latest software version is available to you free of charge. The only cost to you would be the services charge for its application.
Typically this would involve our technicians making a backup copy of your database and then conducting a ‘Test upgrade’ to ensure that there are no negative implications, and that everything works as expected before installing the new software on your production server. In most cases, the work can be completed in a single day (the charge for which would be £925 plus VAT).
