Participate in collaborative budgeting by identifying contributors, saving models and statistical accounts for future reference, and crafting personalised views to analyse and interpret your data according to your specific requirements.
Bank transaction dating
The Bank transaction dating, initially introduced through an Early Adopter program in Sage Intacct 2023 R2, is now accessible to all users.
This new feature grants you full control over the dating of your bank transactions, guaranteeing accuracy and preventing any potential time zone anomalies.
Added custom reports
Sage Intacct 2024 R1 introduces a tailored report for Advanced Ownership Consolidation, allowing you to analyse and customise your consolidation data based on your preferences.
This report simplifies the review and audit process by incorporating crucial elements like consolidation exchange rates, historical account exchange rate dates, and integrated dimensional data into the consolidation.
Contract Cancellation
Sage has enhanced contract cancellation features, allowing flexibility for quantity-based revenue recognition lines. You can now undo cancellations, deleting system-generated entries and resetting relevant schedules.
Additionally, posting open revenue and billing after cancellation is more flexible, though date validations against closed periods still apply. It is advised to post the remaining revenue and billing before cancelling the contract for optimal efficiency.
Enhanced GL account and dimension coding
Improve the precision of draft bills through advanced GL account and dimension coding within Sage Intacct 2024 R1. AP Automation, currently on earlier adopter release in the UK, now recognises patterns in selecting dimension values for line items beyond relying solely on the vendor’s previous bill.
This enables you to generate draft bills with the intended dimension values, reducing the need for extensive code adjustments and saving time.
Employee bank detail permission
Companies can now assign permissions as required to access employees’ bank account details when utilising bank file payments for expense reimbursements.
This functionality is particularly useful when an authorised staff member needs to verify employee bank account information within Sage Intacct 2024 R1.
New user account email
Previously, Sage Intacct depended on a single email address for both the Contact record and user account.
Now, users have a distinct communication channel for login-related issues and added protection against unauthorised alerts.
Increased security
Enhance your account security and quickly recover access to your business by visiting the Sage Intacct login page and selecting the ‘forgot password’ option.
Choose to receive security alerts sent directly to your registered email for an additional layer of protection.
