A lot has changed here at Solutions over the last few years as it has for many businesses, but this year has catalysed some of our biggest changes yet. We have been working hard to become more flexible and reinvent ourselves so that we’re even better prepared to respond to ever-evolving demands in the world of business management systems.
In doing so, we have switched a few things up to improve our culture and make sure that we still provide you with the best service possible.
We’ve moved into a shiny new office!
Over the last two years, we have re-established ourselves to combine the best aspects of working from home, and office bases. This means that as an employer, we are no longer limited by geography. Instead, we can focus on creating a distributed workforce and recruiting new staff based on their skill set rather than their postcode so that we are hiring the best-qualified people possible. Our latest recruitment drive has allowed us to hire a rich blend of eclectic employees from all over the UK (and some from even further afield) who have brought with them a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Just like our beautiful Mercia Marina location, our new office on the edge of Sherwood Forest provides a calm and productive environment for our staff and visitors, with large glass windows that allow the sun to beam in and views across stunning English countryside. These inspiring spaces stimulate productivity and form workspaces in which we can do better business with you.
