Ben Haughie
Services Consultant
Ben originally joined Advantage Services in December 2021 after working at Sage for seven years. Ben possesses extensive knowledge and experience in Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll, report design, accountant training, and migration to Business Cloud. Excited to bring his expertise and help our clients, Ben's new role as our Services Consultant will involve offering support on data migration, training, report building, and consultation advice.
Jenny Taylor
Customer Success Team Leader
Jenny started at Advantage Services in May 2022 as a Technical Services Consultant. She has since been promoted to one of our Customer Success Managers due to the vast expertise and skillset she gained from 25 years of working for Sage as a Tech Support and Product Specialist. Jenny's current goal is to support small to medium businesses with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll, ensuring guidance along their Sage 50 journey towards business growth.
Neil Larsen
Senior Support Technician
Neil joined Advantage Services back in November 2016 as their Senior Support Technician after working for Sage directly, supporting Accounts and Payroll. With his critical and in-depth knowledge, Neil's essential task is to help our Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll clients, ensuring they utilise the full potential of their solutions.
Karen Newman
Training and Support Consultant
Working for Sage, Karen began her journey in 2009, supporting Accounts and Payroll before becoming a consultant in 2013. It wasn't until 2021 that Karen moved on to Advantage Services, focusing on implementations, training, and projects. After helping thousands of businesses nationwide with their Sage systems, Karen prides herself in delivering the best solution for each client and is keen to continue her work as our Training and Support Consultant.
Leonie Williams
Head of Business Operations
Leonie has a diverse employment history, having held various roles since joining Advantage Services in March 2017. From support and development to implementation and resource management, Leonie has the experience to provide exceptional service in her new role at Solutions for Accounting and CRM as our Head of Business Operations.
Jack Deeley
Senior Support Technician
Since 2013, Jack has built an impressive knowledge base as an Advantage Services Support Technician for Sage 50 Accounts users. With his proficiency in Accounts, Payroll and ACT! CRM, Jack has since been promoted to one of our Senior Support Technicians and is eager to help our clients, ensuring systems run smoothly for business stability and growth.
Jas Kaur
Solution Sales Consultant
In 2015, Jas began working on development renewals at Advantage Services after being occupied in finance for the past eight years in numerous roles. Jas’s background helped her understand how businesses operate, discovering the functions and capabilities of Sage 50 and Sage 50 add-ons. Since becoming part of the Solutions for Accounting and CRM team as our Solution Sales Consultant, Jas has focused on our customers who require a tailored solution that fits their specific business needs. Ready to expand her skills and duties, Jas is soon to be involved with our manufacturing clients as she begins learning about CIM Manufacturing software and how it can help revolutionise manufacturing businesses with their processes.
Rachael Turner
Support Supervisor
After graduating with a public relations and communications degree, Rachael began working at Sage as tech support on Sage 50 Accounts, Sage Business Cloud and Sage Payroll. In 2018, Rachael joined Advantage Services and is excited to be a part of Solutions for Accounting and CRM as our Support Supervisor, supporting our Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll clients and assisting with server migrations.
Emily Middlemore
Key Account Manager
For the past four years, Emily has been a Key Accounts Manager, focusing on managing and developing client relationships across multiple sectors. Before her current position, Emily worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the IT and Customer Insights space. Emily enjoys working closely with our clients and building relationships based on trust, honesty, and professionalism.
Kathryn Bateman
Sales Executive
As one of Advantage Services' recent recruits, Kathryn joined in May earlier this year after graduating in Business Management. Since previously holding various customer-facing roles, Kathryn excels as our Sales Executive and is passionate about progress within the Solutions team.
Jo Elden
Finance and Operations Assistant
In April last year, Jo joined as our Finance and Operations Assistant, processing Sales Orders for new business and Annual Renewals, along with other responsibilities. Working closely with both the Sales and Support team, Jo networks with clients and business partners using her 22 years of experience in logistics to help our customers and team.
Julian Appleby
CRM Consultant
Julian has been with Advantages since the beginning in 2008 when the company consisted of a team of three. Once Advantage Services merged with Solutions, Julian became our CRM Consultant, providing Act! CRM training and consultancy, as well as maintaining internal IT systems.
Paul Watts
Services Manager
In May 2017, Paul started at Advantage Services after working at Sage in various fields, including technical support, quality auditing, report design, and testing and consultancy. As Solutions’ Services Manager, Paul manages our Support team and consults for small business products and services, ensuring our clients receive informative and practical support with their queries.
Kirie Hansen
Sales Manager
Since February this year, Kirie has been employed as the Sales leader at Advantages, becoming responsible for the growth of Sage 50 business. Kirie’s background in successful business development and sales management roles has allowed her to develop her skillset and bring her significant knowledge of relationship building and team management to her current position as our Sales Manager.
