As we partner with more businesses to support their financial journey, we continue to welcome new, talented people who help us deliver the high level of expertise, service and support we’ve become known for.
Together, our team now brings over 650 years of combined experience across various sectors, including independent schools, wholesale and distribution, and manufacturing. This depth of knowledge means we don’t just understand the challenges organisations face, but also how to help turn them into opportunities for growth and success.
Read on to meet the four latest people to join the team and discover the expertise they’re bringing to the table.
Leah Supra – Customer Experience Manager
First up is Leah, our Customer Experience Manager.
This is a brand-new role at Solutions, created to ensure every customer receives the very best throughout their journey with us, from the first conversation through to ongoing support.
Her route to Solutions has certainly been an interesting one, varying from seven years on the frontline with the Police (don’t say we didn’t warn you!) to sales leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring customers receive a seamless, personal service.
Here’s what she had to say about joining the team:
“I joined Solutions as I was excited to join a growing company that wants to be the best at what they do. My role at Solutions is a new one, so I am excited about the prospect of being directly involved in shaping a customer’s journey with us, ensuring we support them every step of the way.
What was also apparent to me is the family feel of the business – right from the outset, I felt a really positive energy from everyone I interacted with, as well as a refreshing sense of honesty and transparency.
I think it’s a really exciting time to join the business.”
It certainly is an exciting time! With her passion for putting customers first, placing herself in their shoes, and finding solutions that truly help make their lives easier, we have no doubts that Leah will play a key role in shaping their experiences and helping us raise the bar.
Joanne Cooper – Administration Manager
Next up, we’d like you to meet Joanne, our new Administration Manager!
With 27 years of experience in financial services, she brings a wealth of operational knowledge to the team and a passion for improving processes that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Here’s what attracted her to Solutions:
“I was drawn to the role and the company by the chance to learn something new and to be part of a fantastic team.
I’m excited to take on this new position, supporting the customer ordering process and helping to improve and streamline workflows that will drive the business forward.”
When she’s not at work, she’s often busy cheering on her two sons from the sidelines at football and cricket matches or enjoying a game of tennis with her family.
Next up, we’d like you to meet Joanne, our new Administration Manager!

Matthew Fraser – Sage Technician
Matthew joined in April as a Sage Technician and has wasted no time getting stuck in!
After starting out in software support in 2020 and later specialising in Sage Intacct, Matthew was ready for his next challenge.
He told us:
“I’ve wanted to take the step up into the projects space for a while, which Solutions has given me this fantastic opportunity to do and I’m really looking forward to closing out on my first project and learning from that process.
I’ve received an amazing welcome into the Solutions family; everyone has been so helpful and supportive, helping me settle in very quickly! It’s an exciting time to be a part of Solutions as we continue to grow, adapt, and deliver first-class service to our customers.”
With Matthew’s energy, expertise and problem-solving abilities, it’s safe to say our clients will be in very good hands.
Our team strives to ensure every customer feels confident and trained in their systems, so businesses can maximise efficiency, boost performance, and make informed strategic decisions.
Dan Clibbens – Sage Intacct Consultant
Last, but certainly not least, meet Dan, our newest Sage Intacct Consultant.
Having been involved with Sage Intacct since the product came to the UK (just like us!), he really knows the ins and outs of how it works and has a real talent for understanding customer challenges and shaping solutions with their specific needs in mind.
In Dan’s own words:
“With a career dedicated to accounting and ERP systems, I’ve developed a strong passion for problem-solving and working closely with customers to design and build solutions that genuinely make a difference.
When Sage Intacct launched in the UK, I was keen to be involved. It was through this opportunity that I met Iain, Gareth, Anna, and Sean, and we’ve crossed paths at various summits over the years, regularly catching up to discuss all things Sage.
Last, but certainly not least, meet Dan, our newest Sage Intacct Consultant.
Having been involved with Sage Intacct since the product came to the UK (just like us!), he really knows the ins and outs of how it works and has a real talent for understanding customer challenges and shaping solutions with their specific needs in mind.

Outside of work, Dan is a huge sports fan, particularly football and Formula 1 (the photo may have given that away!).
