Search Help uses natural language understanding to comprehend the nuances behind key terminology and interpret complex queries as they were intended. It has the power to greatly reduce search time, improve the content of results, and increase efficiency within the software.

Sage Intelligent Time (SIT)’s Timesheet entry grid is now customizable
Another AI-powered function within Sage Intacct is SIT. It enables you to rapidly speed up the time taken dealing with employee timesheets and key payroll details.
The 2025 R3 update introduces entry grid customisation to Timesheets providing further flexibility and control. This enhancement allows you to decide how time is entered and displayed.
You can now:

- Reorder, hide, and rename columns
- Add notes and dimensions

Sage Intacct implements key updates specific to the Construction industry
The 2025 R3 release brings targeted enhancements to Sage Intacct for Construction’s capabilities, giving project-based teams greater control, accuracy, and efficiency across their workflows.
One key update allows users to change the customer on a project contract even after billing has occurred. While past invoices remain tied to the original customer, this flexibility helps teams manage mid-project customer changes without disrupting existing records or workflows. This maintains both operational control and data integrity.
Construction teams can now also import change requests more efficiently. Whether uploading a single request or bulk importing through a new template, this update supports both draft and posted entries and saves time by enabling updates directly from the list view.
Purchase Order (PO) documents have also been improved. Templates can now include primary document summaries and detailed breakdowns — such as document types, reference numbers, and key dates — providing internal and external stakeholders with clearer, more informative printed records.
Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules benefit from a new import service with a real-time, spreadsheet-like interface. Rather than waiting on delayed error reports, users now see field-level issues immediately, allowing for quick corrections using filters and other intuitive tools.
