On Wednesday 18th October we exhibited for the second year in a row at webexpenses’ connect event in London. It was a fantastic customer day packed full of roadmaps, seminars and workshops, giving their customers and prospects an insight into the progression of their fantastic product and future plans.
Webexpenses’ CEO, Adam Reynolds, opened the event with a re-cap of the previous year and progressed onto their vision for the future, what they are working on and how they see their product, and company evolving, in this fast paced, technological society we live in.

This year a big focus was on the launch of webonboarding, inviting HR professionals to learn about their new cloud solution, revolutionising the way companies recruit.
Along with a number of other webexpenses partners, we had a stand at the event. Our focus was on promoting our bespoke Sage and webexpenses integration, and as a large number of the attendees on the day were Sage users, we had the perfect audience to offer a fully integrated solution for their accounts and expenses.
The day consisted of seminars and workshops giving an in-depth overview of different areas of the product and how to get the best out of the system. The focal theme for the day was helping customers and business partners ‘unlock their potential’ by improving their knowledge with masterclasses consisting of HMRC, reporting and webexpenses best practice.

The day concluded with a keynote from James Cracknell OBE, talking us through his extraordinary career, not to mention his countless remarkable personal journeys of endurance and strength – mentally and physically, tying in with the theme of the day – unlocking your potential!
The highlight of the day was being presented with the ‘webexpenses’ Business Partner of the Year’ Award! It was a huge surprise and we were honoured to receive the accolade from James Cracknell. It was a great ending to a brilliant day.
