Now that the world is finally returning to a sense of normality, we thought it would be a good time to reflect over the last year at Solutions and tell you about what the team have been getting up to, aside from supporting our clients with their Business Management Software.

In a time when futureproofing our clients businesses has never been more important, ensuring we have the best people within our team is imperative. Supporting our clients with their systems and business direction is at the heart of what we do, therefore, in order to enable us to provide the best service possible we have invested in additional specialists to expand our team.
Adam Brailsford
Adam joined Solutions in September 2020 as one of our Web Developers and has spent his time embracing new technologies in our development team, becoming a huge asset to the company. He has a great knowledge of all things tech and has been involved in the creation of some of our bespoke addons.
Karen Gibbons
Karen was welcomed to our Projects team in September 2020 as a Sage Consultant. She brought extensive experience and knowledge of Sage software to Solutions and has quickly got stuck in, giving our clients vital support with their business needs.
Robert White
Robert also brings extensive experience of Sage software to our team and joined us as a Support Technician in November 2020. He is on hand to provide high-quality and dedicated support to our clients.
Dan Gillard
Dan joined the Account Management team in February and has been busy forging relationships and understanding clients’ business processes. Having worked in software for a number of years, Dan is introducing a fresh perspective on how Sage customers can best utilise their systems!
Derek Curtis
Derek joined us in March this year as our Senior Business Consultant. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, having spent the past 23 years working within the Sage channel, he has quickly become an integral part of the team.
Kamlesh Ramji
Kam became part of our Support team in May as a Sage Consultant. As an expert with over 20 years experience working with Sage software, Kam has wasted no time getting involved in supporting our clients with their business needs.
Colin Goodbrand
Colin joins us as our Head of Education. Having worked within the Sage channel for close to a decade focusing on warehousing and stock control in the Sage 200 space, Colin brings Sage 200 knowledge and experience focusing on Education and is delighted to be contributing to such an exciting sector.
Andy Flynn
Andy began his career in accounts where he worked as an accounts assistant for two years before joining the software industry in December 2017 – providing bespoke accounts software to construction companies. After three and a half years gaining hands-on support experience, liaising with clients and resolving technical queries, Andy joined Solutions in June where he is looking forward to gaining experience as a Sage Support Technician and building on his project management experience.
Alex Tokelove
Alex joined our Support Team at the start of June straight after completing his A-Level studies in ICT and History. Alex is looking forward to developing his technical skills and building relationships with our clients and the rest of the team.
Georgia Foster
Georgia is our most recent member who joined the Marketing Team in June as our Content Marketing Executive. After completing her degree in 2019, she has spent the last two years gaining experience in Digital Marketing & SEO and has wasted no time implementing that knowledge within our marketing communications.
What else is new?
It’s not all about our new employees. Here at Solutions, we are also proud of our long-standing team members who have been working hard for years.
Gregor Imrie
Gregor joined Solutions back in 2011 and has been part of our support team since then. He has gained a wealth of knowledge in support but has now transitioned from our support team to becoming one of our talented and dedicated web developers.
Gavin Huskinson
Gavin became part of our Support Team seven years ago and over that time has proved what an integral member he is. We would therefore like to celebrate and congratulate Gavin on his recent promotion to Support Supervisor – and has showcased his leadership skills fantastically over the recent months.
