Yasmin Sanghera
Support Coordinator
Yasmin joined Solutions for Accounting and CRM in November 2022 as a Support Coordinator. Yasmin brings in-depth knowledge and experience in customer service and is always on hand to assist with the day-to-day running of all support here at Solutions.
Ryan Gryniewicz
CRM Consultant
Ryan became part of the team in November 2022 as one of our Sales Consultants. Having completed his degree in Business Management, Ryan has spent the last four years working in sales and business development roles. He is excited to learn and develop new skills whilst focusing on helping our customers understand how a central CRM system can improve their customer service and enhance their sales & marketing operations.
John Laycock
Customer Account Manager
John joined our Sales Team in December 2022 as one of our Account Managers. Having worked in ERP solution sales for a number of years, he brings a wealth of experience across various market sectors to the business. John’s main role is to ensure that clients gain the maximum benefit from both the Sage solution portfolio and their ongoing relationship with us.
Tom Burke
Sales Consultant
Tom is our first recruit of 2023, having joined the team in January. Tom spent the earliest part of his career as a Senior Finance Professional and later, in a corporate financial systems sales capacity, in a career spanning 25 years, More recently, he has been working for more specialist vendors, with a greater focus on implementing digital financial transformation projects. Tom’s current mission is to make Solutions the automatic choice for CFOs looking to make better business decisions to positively influence bottom-line results by implementing Sage Intacct.
Kate Kisler
Support Technician
Kate is our second new team member of 2023. She joins us from another Sage Business Partner having worked there for 10+ years focusing mainly on Sage 200 support. Kate has fantastic experience in customer service and is excited to be part of our support team building relationships with our clients. Prior to this, Kate worked in Accounts and was responsible for Credit Control.
As always, lots of things are happening at Solutions for Accounting, like our move to a new office recently. We are a growing business with and we are always on the lookout for driven and enthusiastic people to join our team.
