The start of 2022 has been a very busy time at Solutions and with some exciting plans on the horizon, we expect things are going to get even busier! Because of this, we figured we might need a few extra hands on board and that’s why we are delighted to have already welcomed seven new recruits in the last seven months.

Tricia Nadin
Support Coordinator
Tricia Nadin joined our Support team in December 2021 and has recently moved to the Accounts department. Having previously completed a BA Hons Degree and worked in Visual Merchandising, she has more recently gained qualifications & experience within Sage accounts and is a very valuable member of our team.
Leigh Owen
Sage Consultant
Leigh has been working in the ERP Tier 2/3 for the last 6-7 years, specialising in manufacturing and recently joined Solutions to bring that wealth of knowledge and expertise into the team. His current focus is helping businesses replace their Sage Manufacturing products with either Cim50 or Cim200. Leigh is excited to be part of a team that can offer UK manufacturers cutting-edge productivity gains at a time when it’s most needed.
Jenni Koponen
Sage Intacct Technician
Jenni is the newest member of the Sage Intacct team and joins us all the way from Finland. Having recently completed her Master’s Degree, she is excited to dive into the rapidly growing world of Sage Intacct and learn new skills whilst supporting your business along the way.
Grant Doxey
Support Technician
Grant recently re-joined Solutions after leaving us a few years ago. With 8 years of experience supporting and implementing Sage 200, Grant is excited to be back with us providing world-class service to our support customers.
Patrick Hardern
Support Technician
Patrick joined the Support Team in March 2022 as a Sage 200 Support Technician. Since graduating from the University of Nottingham in 2016, he has worked at an accountancy practice and as a support specialist at a global software business. He now hopes to build on his experience and become an expert in resolving problems and providing a high-quality customer experience.
Sam Tyers
Support Technician
Sam Tyers is the newest member of the Support Team who joined us in the role of Support Coordinator. Sam brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service process management and he is excited to help assist in the smooth running of all things support related within Solutions.
Doug Erskine
Sage Consultant
Doug joined our team in June as a Sage Consultant. However, he is no stranger to Solutions having recently worked with Anna Root and Gareth Bezant on Intacct implementations whilst employed as a consultant for other companies. He brings with him over 30 years of finance experience at operational and strategic level in the private, public and not for profit sectors.
